Spill Kit is designed for quick response and user convenience in Industry to attend Chemical Spill and Maintenance Mess clean up anywhere in the plant. They are very effective for Clean-up of: Oil on Land & Water; Petroleum based Solvents & Paints, Vegetable Oils and other Non-Water Soluble Chemicals.

Absorbent Pillows, Booms, Socks, Rolls and Pads are as per BITRA Approval – ISO 9073 – Part 6

We have spill kits for customized absorption capacities starting from 5 litres till 1000 litres or even more.

We also include PPE items for protection during handling of oil, chemical, diesel or any other spills.

Spill Kit is provided in a bag or a container with lid and wheels.

Spill kits - general purpose

General purpose spill kits are also known as universal spill kits or all-liquid spill kits.

They are used to soak up coolant, degreaser, paint, blood, bodily fluids, oils and fuels as well as mild acids, bases and water-based chemicals.

In the defense against spills in the workplace, general purpose spill kits are an ideal mobile response unit and can be taken rapidly to the spill. Spill kits are available in weatherproof wheeled containers or high visibility spill response grab bags that can be taken virtually anywhere.

For use with all-liquid spills on sealed surfaces, these cost-effective kits provide clean up protection for many vehicle and workshop applications as well as hospitals, laundries or commercial kitchens.

General purpose absorbents are colour-coded grey for easy identification.

A chemical spill kit, also known as hazchem spill kit, is ideal for industrial facilities, workshops, minesites, warehouses, factories, hospitals, laundries and laboratories. These durable, highly visible and mobile response kits can be taken directly to a spill.

A chemical spill kit is suitable for safely cleaning up virtually all chemicals, aggressive acids and bases (alkalis), paint, solvents, oils, fuels, coolants, degreasers, herbicides and pesticides.

Chemical spill kits contains a variety of polypropylene absorbents which are inert and dust-free and do not degrade or chemically react with absorbed liquids. They are easily recognised in red wheelie bins or grab bags for quick identification in an emergency.

Hazchem absorbents are colour-coded Yellow for easy identification.

MeltBlown Mat , Sonic Bonded & Fine Fiber Pads quickly absorb oil for effective cleanup of petroleum-based spills on land or water.

Polypropylene fibers are left in their natural hydrophobic state. These hydrophobic fibers repel water (and float) while only absorbing oils and other hydrocarbons.

• Absorbs all kinds of liquids (water, hydrocarbons, solvents)
• Do not float. If you pretend to apply hydrophobic granules which float for long periods of time after
• absorbing oils with higher density, it is recommended the use of the G01025 product.
• Uses cork as an absorbent.
• Cork is a 100% natural product: ecological (natural and renewable) and sustainable (it is the bark of the cork oak tree which is extracted from the tree without damaging it; it promotes forest cleanliness and conservation).
• Each kg of CorkSorb G03025 absorbs 2.8 l of oil (value certified by CEDRE), minimizing costs in sorbents and disposal treatment.
• Cork has good static electricity behavior and is suitable for using in ATEX areas.
• Natural “cork’s touch” makes it very comfortable to handle.
• CorkSorb is highly resistant to almost all chemical compounds. CorkSorb is not suitable for sorption of basic solutions, particularly with a pH level above 13, or in oxidizing environments.
• Non-abrasive.
• Can be incinerated.

Universal Absorbent Socks are used to absorb oil and chemical spills in case of emergencies at Industrial areas, Hospitals, Laboratories, Warehouses etc.

Sizes: Diameters: 3", 5" 8", Length: 4,5,8,10 feet.

They are made of polypropylene and biodegradable material.

It is kept at the periphery of the spill. It stops the spill from going beyond an area.
