‘Concord FRP’ Helmets with textile inner harness are made out of Light weight yet tough Fiber reinforced Plastic. The helmets are made up of FRP. FRP Material because of its inherent properties ensures the resistance of Helmet against heat or exposure to Flame. The headband of this model has internal fittings made of cotton which are adjustable and provided with ant concussion tapes to form a cradle. A chin strap made of cotton is provided with a buckle for adjustment. They are excellent against heat and also suitable for performance at low temperatures and show resistance to Chemicals etc.

The Suspension sits lower on the head to help reduce pressure and increase security. Optional Uvicator™ sensor lets wearer know when to replace hard hat due to UV exposure.

Featuring a four-point ratchet or pinlock suspension system, these hard hats are adjustable, delivering a comfortable, secure fit that helps reduce discomfort and slippage. Soft brow pads cushion the forehead and are removable for easy replacement.

Optional UVicator™ sensor lets wearer know when to replace hard hat due to UV exposure. UV light can cause the hard hat shell to become brittle. When exposed to UV light outdoors, 3M(TM) UVicator(TM) turns from red to white, indicating that the hard hat protection may be compromised and should be replaced.

Non-vented hard hat versions meet the ANSI Z89.1 Class G and E for protection against electrical contact. Vented hard hat versions meet the ANSI Z89.1 Class C for non-electrical applications. Vents built into the hard hat help release heat buildup and allow air circulation to enhance the comfort of the worker.
